About Us
Who's The Stone Broker?
The Stone Broker is actually not a Who, it’s a What. It’s a system. The Smart System that has opened up the world wide marketplace for buying and selling stone remnants and orphaned slabs. It has opened up a whole new way to buy stone as the granite slab industry has long recognized the availability of remnants but not had an efficient method of locating and purchasing them. The Stone Broker is “the new way to buy stone”.

The benefits of buying remnants start with the savings as a buyer. Not having to purchase a full slab when you only need a fraction of one equals savings. Being a seller is obviously advantageous as most remnants inventories are already paid for by the original client who purchased the full slab shedding the left over piece, so your profit is 100%. Other facets include buying and selling Green, as you are recycling/reusing something that typically ends up lurching around for years or otherwise gets thrown away, hence keeping this material out of the landfills. You are now also purchasing locally as a remnant's life starts out in the fabrication shop most often within 500 miles of where it will be purchased, whereas full slabs are not recognized as Green even though they are a product of nature, they consume sizable volumes of resources in quarrying, slicing, polishing, shipping overseas, then distributing around the country. Additionally, by buying Green you are reducing the demand for more full slabs to be imported thus additionally conserving resources.

What's your Mission?
Our vision is to establish the Harmonic Global Stone Marketplace for the buying & selling of stone remnants and overstock from quarries, distributors and fabricators, while teaching our selling members the benefits of inventory management. Recognizing, there will always be the need for new full size slabs, we fully respect the quarries & distributors of the world and have a true interest in preserving and contributing to those that distribute high quality materials. We want to get our sellers the highest value added prices while saving our buyers valuable time and money. Based on a reputation with our members of integrity and problem solving, The Stone Broker is uniquely capable of unlocking the market of remnants and overstock stones.

Why would I?
Why would you contact us to perform a Search and Locate, you ask? Because it's a win, win, win, win scenario. Aside from membership being free:
- The System can most often locate a piece of stone that is better suited to your or your client's size requirements which eliminates the purchase of a full slab, saving you or your client money and reducing traditional waste, that makes you a winner.
- The seller receives money that is pure profit, so they win.
- You are reusing/recycling thus being Green (bonus win), keeping a large degree of unnecessary waste out of the landfills so the environment is a winner.
- Finally, the system takes on the daunting task of contacting many resources to locate your piece saving you the time & hassle or “pain in the task” of making a bunch of phone calls, stealing valuable time out of your or your employee’s day, having to speak to your competition, then having to wait sometimes hours or days for each of those return phone calls….many time they never call back. Aside from the aggravation, you’re spending too much money in time wasted. We’ll do this, and this is how WE make money which allows us to eat, so we’re winners too!
How do they do it?
We have spent two years developing this system while studying the patterns and habits of stone industry professionals and implementing behind the scenes operations that mimic the traditional day to day means of locating remnants. We have extensive and dedicated remnants & stone overstock resources available to us throughout the United States market (foreign language versions to come). We’re like…The Stone Mafia, highly connected and we mean business. Request and you shall receive. It is rare that we cannot turn up a stone to fill an order.

Let's get it on!!!!
To get things started click on the register link at the top right of the home page and give us a little info to get the process underway. Ok, we want to know everything, but it’s a painless process. Then go to the Stone Request Form and fill in all of the blanks. Read and accept the terms, then search.

How long is it going to take?
The typical search depends mostly on our sellers and their availability though usually about 2 business days. Many times the system locates pieces within an hour or two. If you have an urgent situation and need it sooner than the typical two days, we can advance our search efforts manually for a $50 fee that is payable whether your piece is found or not. If you send us a request via email to allpointsbulletin@thestonebroker.com this will forward your request to all of our cell phones and we will call you back within the hour to get all of the pertinent information and get started.

What's next and may I view the stone?
The seller that has a piece meeting your request details will send a response back to your secured member area with the prospective stone’s details and price. The system will instantly send an email notifying you. To view the piece you may request a picture in the initial request form or through the communication corridor between buyer and responded seller. To meet the piece in person, you must first purchase the piece. If you do not like the piece after meeting it, you may contact our corporate office for an issue of refund by the same means of which you paid, within 24 hours of contacting us. In the communication corridor, all company names, phone numbers, individual member names and email address’ are blocked out automatically by the system, until the piece has been agreed to and purchased, only then will you learn who the seller/buyer is and you can determine the most suitable date and time for viewing.

Will I have to go far to see it?
On the Stone Request Form you are required to select the distance that you are willing to travel to pick up or view the piece once found. So “far” is determined by you.

Thank you for stopping by and affording us the opportunity to serve you.

All the best,
